This is a well constructed balloon whisk. Great for whipping cream and egg whites. I've also used it for whipping up mashed potatoes, and they are nice and fluffy, it's actually a double whisk. I pop it into the dishwasher and voila, good as new. I love how clean it is to use quality stainless steel whisks that don't rust. I don't have to worry about what a cheap country would drop into their mystery silicone, and how it will affect the health of my family and my health in the future. I love this whisk and will be purchasing more as gifts to my children.
