Arrived slightly damaged, box was pretty beat up, probably not the fault of the seller, but one post had rust, and that is why I gave it 3 stars. Still useable, a little steel wool, and markers improved the rust issue.I probably have about eight of these downstairs in my unfinished basement. I have used them to neatly stack the inevitable stuff that accumulates in downstairs storage areas. They are a tad bit expensive (started out relatively affordable some years ago but the price slowly rose over time) but I cannot argue with their sturdiness and ease of assembly. They are quality products who add rather than detract from the look of any storage room. All have been delivered within a reasonable time and none of the shelving sets have been missing parts or were damaged during shipment. Highly recommended.I was able to assemble in 15 minutes. Excellent for use with many shelf height configurations.I am 58 yrs old and a woman with some arthritis in my hands. I put it together buy myself in one hour. It has 4 shelves, but I wanted more so I bought 2 more of a different brand and they look the same. I also purchased a 4" wheel set.If you buy extra shelves, DO NOT buy extra sleeve clips; they are included. It doesn't state that and I did buy them, only not to be needed and I returned them. The cart is sturdy, rolls easily and I am very happy.Awesome! Well made.I really like these shelves. They feel solid, and, once assembled, the rack is rigid and not at all willowy. The assembly is simple (make sure you have twice the height of the rack in floorspace when you're doing the assmbly so that you can easily slide the rods into the bottom shelf one at a time). You can pay a lot more for wire shelving, but unless you're looking for industrial ruggedness these shelves should work well for you.Product came in with 2 bent shelves and many broken connectors. Did not have enough connectors that were not broken so had to just set the bottom shelf on the wheels. The bent shelves are useable but unsightly. The box appeared to be a return, then sent back out to grace my door step. Waited until after Christmas was over to put it up after I took all the Christmas stuff down. The materials in the box were not even packed tight hence why everything came in banged up and broken.I bought two extra shelves for this unit, for a total of 6. It's a great unit and went together fairly easily. I use it to store pantry and other household items in my laundry room. The only problem with this open wire shelf is that some small bottles don't stand up on it. But otherwise, I love it.They look good and are quite strong, the went together well if you follow the instructions OK for general goods that are not over heavy
